Feet and nails need to be cleaned thoroughly. Because whenever we go out somewhere, our feet have the most contact with the road. In such a situation there is always a fear that harmful diseases can enter the house with our feet.
This is why it is said that whenever you come from outside, enter the house only after washing your feet. However, it is not always the technique of just washing the feet. Rather, the feet need deep cleansing, for which vinegar can help you.
First, take one liter of light hot water in a bucket. Now add 1 cup of vinegar in it.
Put vinegar in this water and soak your feet in this water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then use a brush to clean your nails. So that the dirt around the nails and inside is completely cleaned.
Clean the ankle with a scrubber. So that dead skin cells come out.
If you have too much tanning on your feet, add 3 to 4 teaspoons of lemon juice when using vinegar water. Doing this will help you remove the tanning from your skin.
After removing the dead skin cells from the scrubber, rub the feet and nails with lemon peel. Doing so will also give your skin cells citric acid and a vitamin-C massage will help lighten the skin. Then wash your feet with fresh water.
