Ingredients
200 grams of mutton

1 kg basmati rice

Procedure:
First boil the mutton mince, chop onion, raw chilli, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric powder, dried chilli powder, salt and let it cool down. When the mixture cools down, mix it well with a mixer.
Make a smooth paste by crushing it. Before preparing the ball from the mincemeat, mix the arrowroot in it and knead it well, now grease your hands with oil and make small balls from this mixture, as well as place the onion and dried fruits in the middle to fill.
Now take a pan, put a cup of oil in it and fry the meat balls and set them aside. Now add cinnamon green cardamom large cardamom in this oil and fry for 1 minute. Now add raw onion and chilli and cook till it becomes soft. When onion is well fried, add mint leaves and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add garlic paste, ginger paste, dried chilli powder, turmeric powder, hot spices and chopped tomatoes, add coriander leaves and cook until tomatoes are melted.
Now take another pan and add water to it and add salt,
cinnamon, large cardamom, raw chilli, cloves etc. Add water, when the water is
boiled add basmati rice and cook it for 80%.
When the rice is 80%
cooked, filter the water and separate it and mix it with the prepared spices
while stirring lightly. The hot Nawabi Moti polao is ready, take out the polao
on a plate to serve it, place the meatballs on top and serve with raita.
