Ingredients
Potatoes
2 raw chillies
1/2 teaspoon dried chilli powder
Garam
masala powder as needed
Oil as needed
3 breads
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt as needed
Procedure
Peel, grate
it and mash the potato in a bowl. Cut the raw chilli and put it in a pot with
chopped coriander, dried chilli powder, chaat masala and garam masala.
Sprinkle
water on the bread crumbs and massage. Add the bread to the potato mixture and
mix well.
Make small
cutlets from the mixture. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets when the
oil is hot. Fry the cutlets until golden brown. Take out the cutlets on a plate
covered with paper to absorb the oil.
Delicious potato cutlets are ready to serve
with mint chutney, ketchup or tamarind chutney.
