Learn the easy way to make Paneer curd bara.

Ingredients:200 grams of cheese2 tablespoons arrowroot2 boiled potatoesWell cut coriander2 raw chillies2 cups yogurtAs salt to tasteA little sweet sauceA little green sauceChili powderGarlic (grated)Onion (round cut)OilProcedure:

 






Ingredients:

200 grams of cheese

 2 tablespoons arrowroot

 2 boiled potatoes

 Well cut coriander

 2 raw chillies

 2 cups yogurt

 As salt to taste

 A little sweet sauce

 A little green sauce

 Chili powder

 Garlic (grated)

 Onion (round cut)

 Oil

 

Procedure:

Grate the paneer in a bowl and mash the potatoes in it. Then add arrowroot to it. Then add salt, ginger and raw chilli to this mixture, mix it well and knead it. This mixture is ready. Heat the oil in a pan. Now take a little mixture and put it in oil and press it with the palm of your hand.

Fry in hot oil. Fry until it turns golden. Make all the big ones in the same way. Place these on a paper towel and remove excess oil. Now add onion with curd and add dried chilli powder and garlic paste. Then add yoghurt and then add bara.

Heat oil in this pan. Sprinkle garlic, cumin and asafoetida powder in it and leave it ready.

sprinkle with coriander, raw chilli and chopped onion  in the top. Then add sweet and green chutney.
