Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 100 g
3 tablespoons corn
flower
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon
ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup water
Cut 2 large onions
into pieces
1 large size capsicum
fine cut
2 to 3 raw chilli
powder
2 tablespoons soy
sauce
2 teaspoons chili
sauce
2 tablespoons red
chili sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato
ketchup
Oil for frying
As salt to taste
Procedure:
To make the Mushroom Manchurian, first cut the onion and capsicum
into large pieces and make a ginger-garlic paste. Now take a big bowl, cut the
mushrooms, add flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste and salt and mix it well.
Now add light water to this mixture and mix well.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms on medium heat
till light golden. Set aside all the fried pieces. Now add ginger, garlic
paste, raw chilli, chopped capsicum and onion in this oil and fry them well.
Put all kinds of sauce with vinegar in the pan and add the fried mushroom
pieces and cook on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Your mushroom manchurian is
ready to serve.
