Ingredients:
4 cups flour, 2 cups grated cheese, 2 cups finely chopped
capsicum, 2 tablespoons carom seeds, 2 tablespoons dried chilli powder, 1/2
tablespoon garam masala, oil as required, salt to taste.
Procedure:
To make tasty paneer capsicum parota at home, add flour and
salt to a bowl and butter it. Now put paneer, capsicum, carom seeds, salt and garam
masala in another bowl and mix well. Now fill the flour balls one by one with
spices, roll them, heat a pan over medium heat and fry a parota with oil.
Delicious paneer-capsicum parota is ready. These can be served with tomato
ketchup or hot tea.
