Make veg rolls this way at home

Ingredients:

¼ cup flour

1 boiled potato

1 cup mixed vegetables (capsicum, peas, carrots, tomatoes)

½ spoon cumin

½ spoon poppy seed

¾ spoon ginger garlic paste

½ teaspoon coriander powder

1/4 spoon black pepper powder

½ spoon garam masala

½ spoon turmeric powder

Salt as required

Ghee as required

 

 

Procedure:

First cut the vegetables to make a veggie roll.

 

Now mix flour, 1 teaspoon oil, salt and a little water in a bowl and spread the flour for 25 minutes.


After the allotted time, knead the flour again and break the lentils and start making rotis.


 Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.


Now bake the roti until light brown spots appear on both sides.

 

On the other hand put ghee in the pan and add mustard, cumin and mix.



Add onion and fry lightly.


 Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a while.


Add all the vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes and add the boiled potatoes and mix well to make the filling.


Mix pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in the prepared filling.


Now place the roti on the plate. Add chutney or sauce and spread the filling on one side.

 

Now roll the roti. Prepare all the rolls in the same way.



Serve the veggie roll
