Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Ghee
Yogurt
Salt
Onion paste
Ginger garlic paste
Pepper powder
Kasuri methi
Cream
Walnut paste
Procedure:
Sprinkle the chopped mushrooms with 2 teaspoons of ghee and salt in a pan. Remove the mushrooms to a plate.
Put ghee in the same pan. Now add onion paste and fry till golden.
After a while add ginger-garlic paste. Now add walnut paste and cook. Then add yoghurt, chilli powder and salt and keep stirring.
Now add the mushrooms and mix. Serve hot, garnished with kasuri fenugreek and cream.
