Ingredients:
500 grams of vegetables, chopped (you can take your favourite
vegetable)
1/2 cup ghee
2 teaspoons ginger
garlic paste
1/2 cup onion, grated
4 cloves
4 round peppers
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 green cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dried
chilli powder
100 grams of nuts
1 cup coconut milk
Coriander leaves and
nuts
Procedure:
Paste the nuts and coconut milk in a blender and set aside.
Heat ghee and add
onion paste. Stir until brown.
Add cloves, black
pepper, cinnamon and cardamom and mix well.
Add vegetables, salt
and dried chilli powder and fry on high heat till well coated with spices.
Reduce heat and cook for a while.
Add the coconut milk
mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes and serve garnished with coriander leaves and
nuts.
