 Boiled eggs - 4

 Boiled potatoes - 1 cup

 Bason - 1 cup

 Bread cream - 1 cup

 Onion chop - 2

 Garlic powder - 4 buds

 Ginger - 1 inch

 Salt to taste

 Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Dried chilli powder - 1 tsp

 Cut raw chilli - 1

 Coriander - 1 cup cut

  Oil


Procedure

First heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and onion. After 2 minutes add boiled potatoes, salt, dried chilli powder, raw chilli and chilli powder.

 Now add coriander leaves and mix it well. Now cut two eggs. Cover the potato mixture with a piece. Make everything that way. Now make bata with besan, turmeric powder and salt. Dip egg pakora in it and give bread cream.

 Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden. Serve hot.
