Ingredients
250 grams of soybean
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornflower
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt
Oil
Green onions for garnish
To make the sauce-
1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
1 tablespoon garlic (grated)
1 tablespoon raw chilli
4 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon cornflower
Procedure
Make a paste by mixing cornflower, flour, baking powder, soy sauce, celery, pepper, water and salt.
Dip soybeans in batter and fry till golden brown in oil. Remove it to a serving plate.
- Put oil in the pan. Add garlic, ginger and raw chilli. Add soy sauce, bell pepper and tomato sauce. Finally add a little water to the cornflower. When it starts to boil, remove it from the gas. When serving, pour this sauce over the soybeans. Serve garnished with green onions.
